Recently we had our closing for a ReFi. Our mortgage company assigned Notary Force to be our notary. I was promptly contacted by Laura Scheer, and a date and time was set. This was a very complicated closing, as it involved 6 signers, an additional witness, and many documents. Laura thoroughly walked us through the process and explained each and every document before we signed. Even though it took more than 2 hours to complete, and ended just before 9PM, she patiently explained everything to us and made sure all the documents were signed correctly. Shortly after she left, she called, advising that one of the documents had misspelled my wife's name, and it would jeopardize the closing. She promptly came back and made everything right. I am 73 years old, and even though I have gone through similar situations, I have never experienced a more professional and friendly notary service as I did with Laura. Laura is GREAT! I was closing on a house, but some of the documents were incorrect. The closing was incomplete because of this, so they rescheduled.
